Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports using Tally software
2. Conduct data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
3. Support in budgeting and forecasting processes
4. Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide insights
5. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
6. Participate in financial audits and compliance activities
7. Contribute to special projects as needed to support the finance team

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 20,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
