Finance & Accounts Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assure timely and accurate invoicing to clients
2. Analyze and reconcile bank statements
3. Analyze and reconcile TDS statements
4. Work on completing the vendor registration process
5. Work on accounts receivable (follow up with customers on outstanding payments)
6. Work on account payable (keep track of vendor invoice payments and make payments accordingly)
7. Work on invoice reconciliation for all the customers on a regular basis
8. Handle reconciliation of TDS
9. Handle data entry of all accounts
10. Handle coordination with banks for remittances
11. Handle coordination with auditors for monthly closure of accounts and GST audits
12. Work on preparation of statement of accounts
