Primary responsibilities that include Finance and Accounting tasks include:
- Handling all financial and book-keeping operations in the office to ensure compliance with corporate financial regulations
- Using financial management tools to assist management in keeping on budget by tracking expenditures and advising on cost issues
- Ensuring timely submission of expense reports, TDS, bank reconciliations and requests
- Managing the office petty cash to ensure cash payments of company expenses
Secondary responsibilities entailing administrative duties include:
- Assisting Human Resources with hiring of new staff
- Assisting the Business Development team on finance related activities
- Liaising with the company secretary firm on scheduling of board meetings and related ROC filings
- Liaising with the audit firm on all audit related filings
