1. Understanding the documentation or back-up documentation for raising estimates on clients
2. Creating job order in accounting system i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX
3. Helping commercial finance brand lead with various analytical reports like open estimate reports, job profitability, dimension based reports, aging reports, etc.
4. Doing data extracting from AX and providing support for any Adhoc analysis
5. Following agreed turnaround time for delivering required information, estimates, PO, etc.
6. Maintaining the cohesive equation with other streams of finance operational finance, finance control, taxation, etc. Collaborative in the spirit in case of interdependencies with various team members
7. Creating estimates and purchase orders and checking if accounting is done by the operational finance team using the same dimensions, using reports developed in AX to perform such validation
8. Assisting commercial finance brand lead in ensuring contract compliance with clients and direct cost vendors
