Finance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing product-wise monthly sales report, daily sales reconciliation with all payment sources (HDFC, Razorpay, etc.)
2. Working on vendor account reconciliations by communicating with sourcing associates or vendors directly whenever necessary
3. Making payment inputs on the HDFC dashboard after coordinating with various departments for vendor payments
4. Handling daily accounting on Zoho of purchases, expenses, categorization of bank entries, etc.
5. Co-ordinating with the customer support team to keep a track of all credit sales being made and for any other queries
6. Coordinating with the petty cash holder to make sure all expenses are accounted for
7. Maintaining and calculating reimbursements for distance traveled and incentives for orders made by delivery executives every day
8. Process payouts every month
