1. Obtain proper approvals on invoices, credits, and batches
2. Support the staff by printing out invoices from vendor sites or emails
3. Consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting Activa's mission, and values
4. Perform other functions as assigned by management
5. Assist with maintenance and development of management reporting summaries
