1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
2. Work on timely preparation and administration of monthly salary payments and payroll, the processing of consultant payment invoices for payment, confirmation with the business head that the deliverables have been met and payment is approved, and the timely remittance of statutory payments to the appropriate institutions are all required
3. Make sure yearly tax reports are prepared and promptly delivered to the appropriate authorities; furthermore, make sure the appropriate institutions receive payment of the goods and services tax (GST) and tax deducted at source (TDS) promptly (i.e., the Income Tax Department)
4. Verify that all costs, payments, receipts, bank reconciliations, and any other necessary financial data are recorded; confirm that trip expense reports are correctly filled out and confirm that any unpaid cash advances for travel are reconciled
5. Assist in maintaining current local security standards in coordination with the operations manager and direct supervisor
6. Handle the equipment and supply procurement system, guaranteeing strict quality control and due diligence in full accordance with company policies, processes, and laws
