Finance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assess the capital requirement of the company and the plan for capital raising
2. Assist in fundraising through various kinds of debt instruments including term loans, commercial papers, external commercial borrowings, foreign currency term loans, etc.
3. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with investors and bankers
4. Prepare and make presentations and reports about the organization to key stakeholders on a regular basis 5. Liaison with banks for transactions, availing CMS facility, any other facility required from time to time
6. Liaison with various banks & NBFCS for raising funds for onward lending
7. Do competitor analysis of borrowings and cost of funds fundraising
8. Prepare and send the application for arranging borrowing facilities
9. Prepare various investor decks, CMA, and portfolio cuts for rating agencies
10. Research on the economy, debt markets, and corporates to enable a more informed decision on fund management
