About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on ensuring utilization of financial resources
2. Work on overlooking and handling invoices
3. Maintain financial records and financial formalities
4. Work on maintaining books of accounts & preparation of monthly financial statement/MIS report, preparation of variance report & financial analysis of these reports, local vendor payment, and payment schedule, preparation, and finalization of balance sheet and profit & loss account
5. Work on keeping up to date data in MIS
6. Take invoices of clients from community managers
7. Work on the efficient utilization of the financial resources of the company
8. Work on tracking and reporting expenses
9. Work on the budgeting of the expenses and priority-wise payment for the same
10. Work on cross-checking per unit operational economics of the spaces

1. Should have knowledge of income tax, TDS, sales tax/VAT, service tax, excise, and company law matters
