Finance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.In-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling that includes discounted cash flow, accretion/dilution analysis
2. Build and refine complex financial models for valuation requirements
3. Investment highlights & company positioning, trading & transaction comparison analysis
4. Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing
5. Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
6. Create information memorandums
7. Manage client presentations
8. Work on key pitches and RFPs to analyze options for acquisitions/divestitures/capital raising and recommending suitable actions
