Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage investor database and enhance investor engagement and relations
2. Work with CEO and VP Finance to create fundraising strategies, business plans, and pitch decks
3. Handle the competitive landscape analysis
4. Create data packs for discussions with potential investors such as angels, family offices, venture capital funds, and private equity funds to raise capital
5. Engage with iBanker during the fundraising sprint
6. Work with the valuer to close the valuation
7. Assist in the financial, legal diligence process
8. Coordinate with the legal council during the contracting phase
9. Create, own and improve finance functional department level dashboards and MIS to ensure the right metrics are visualized and acted on in the right frequency
10. Streamline the organization metrics framework and create a structured reporting framework
11. Help initiate and build a business review process across the board
12. Track and improve current processes and coordinate procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
13. Identify new opportunities (including but not limited to resource utilization, bandwidth optimization, tech-based upskilling) and work on a detailed analysis and vetting of the same to bring it to VP finance's consideration level
