About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare a detailed project report(DPR) and Valuation report (we will provide material and guidance)
2. Run a financial and qualitative evaluation of M&A opportunities
3. Execute post-merger integration projects, including governance, detailed planning, and implementation
4. Support value creation agenda including identifying and delivering revenue and cost synergies
5. Support senior leadership on ad-hoc business projects.
6. Should have supported senior leaders on M&A transactions or strategic cross-functional projects
7. Ability to think strategically but execute with keen attention to detail
