About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tracking, monitoring, and recording the market data as well as the preparation of forecasts
2. Mastering our trading software and performing trading with advanced risk management techniques
3. Working on index/stocks derivatives arbitrage trading (strategies like conversion-reversal, box, butterfly) and trade execution by closely working with our trading teams working from various locations
4. Learning algorithmic trading and finding new features and analysis required in the software
5. Engaging in daily reporting and accounting of the trades executed, performing BOD and EOD, and self-tracking trade performances
6. Working on the derivatives strategy development, developing financial models, and providing financial forecasts
7. Performing secondary financial research and contributing to the team which will enable it to develop robust derivatives strategies

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum

1. During the whole period, the interns will dedicate their time to developing options strategies, working on options pricing, researching new arbitraging techniques, actively trading using our Algo-trading system, learning parameter optimization, and various aspects of HFT, etc.
2. The candidate will work with our ultra-low latency HFT trading terminal-factotum, do derivatives research, trade execution, content and report writing, learn accounting processes, BOD and EOD of trading operations, and more
3. The best of the candidates will also be offered permanent jobs from our organization
