2. Working as a part of the financial team to take an informed view on the investors, founders, valuation, and fundraise in 3-4 months
3. Engaging in industry and company research by understanding the market positioning of the business, industry dynamics, and positioning of the investee company within its peer group
4. Analyzing company accounts, profit and loss sheets, and cash flow information
5. Interpreting financial information and models
6. Working on legal documentation (term sheets, agreements, etc.)
7. Working on portfolio engagement by developing and helping implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value
8. Supporting Ostello in partnering, fundraising, and investor reach out
9. Connecting with various VC companies in Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi
