1. Create and maintain financial models and various deal documents including information memorandum, teasers, valuation analysis, etc.
2. Work on term sheets and loan agreement negotiations with various investors and lenders
3. Support clients in financial due diligence processes during loan sanctioning activities
4. Engage with various Investors, DFIs, impact institutions and lenders from domestic as well as international markets, and with intermediaries such as legal firms, valuers, investment bankers, etc.
5. Attend meet-ups, exhibitions and conferences to build and strengthen the network
6. Analyze and prepare generic industry, market, and specific company overviews
7. Proactively communicate with investor s and financial institutions for professional service providers (e.g. legal, banking and fund administration partners)
Note: You will be responsible for tracking a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports to investors with an accurate account of company affairs. This helps private and institutional investors make informed decisions on whether to provide funds to invest in the company.

1. Candidates who have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA ,CFA and CA, MBA would be preferred
2. Must have knowledge in relevant fields like corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields
3. Candidates having strong knowledge/experience in investments and/or real estate investment persons will be preferred
4. Students/recent graduates ideally with a finance/science background having a strong interest in corporate finance, venture capital, and early stages of investment would be preferred
5. Must have good PowerPoint and NBSP skills
6. Must have good critical thinking abilities
7. Must be very organized and should be able to adapt to fast paced projects
