Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per performance).
We are creating a holistic e-commerce platform on top of the existing omnichannel that empowers and includes the existing supply chain players instead of creating a new one. While the existing ecosystem empowers consumers a lot, it has done little justice to large conventional offline retailers who are not good at technology. We are creating an end-to-end funnel that includes optimization across e-commerce platforms and websites. We are working on maximizing the ROI by integrating digital marketing with Flipkart ads, Amazon ads, PhonePe, Switch, Google Spot, Paytm Business, and last-mile delivery, etc.
All this with an intent to create an easy-to-use seller-side platform for the small and medium-size businesses that may not be technologically advanced. The vision is to empower millions of middle-class households by helping them increase their revenue and profit from their existing shops.
