We are seeking a highly motivated folklore research intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and culture with a strong interest in traditional art forms and their connection with nature. The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct primary research and collect stories of tribal art that connect with nature.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct primary research on traditional art forms of different tribal communities
2. Collect stories and oral histories of tribal artists and their work with a focus on their connection with nature
Requirements:
1. A current undergraduate or postgraduate student (or recently graduated) in - anthropology, history, folklore studies, or sociology
2. Excellent research skills and a passion for learning about traditional art forms and their cultural significance
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Must be available immediately for a period of 4 months
