About the internship

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Following the induction checklist, training (products, procedures & onboarding), support, LMS incharge
2. Meeting all clients by travelling to their city and finish the onboarding and orientation within 1 week of the franchise signup
3. Posting action items and followup of Action items, TAT 30, TAT60 for support requests
4. Working on database management
