Front Desk Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling front-office reception and administration duties including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail & also schedule meetings and for executives
2. Managing complaints, all incoming calls & mails
3. Scheduling meeting if required with the concerned department
4. Engaging with the eco-system of the organisation to help the self-development & growth of clients with the system
5. Handling access management for clients & their requirements
6. Monitoring office supplies, expenses, costs, place orders when necessary
7. Taking up other duties as assigned (schedules, etc.)
