About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Follow check-in and check-out procedure for all guests and set correct guest expectation leading to better reviews
2. Implement the property operations as per the training manual
3. Inform the guests about the facilities we have at the hostel
4. Update cash in and cash out on the sheet
5. Coordinate with property manager/head office for smooth daily operations
6. Receive guests to the hostel by greeting them warmly, and attending to their inquiries and also answer inquirers over the phone
7. Build good relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner
8. Organize events and activities approved by the head office at the hostel

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 12th Feb'19 and 19th Mar'19

9 hours of the working shift are mandatory.
