Front Desk Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the overall activities of the staff who are responsible for looking after the hospitality of the guests
2. Reporting directly to our general manager
3. Ensuring that the guests receive proper services and are completely satisfied with the service received
4. Preparing the work schedules for the staff
5. Hiring employees required to work in the front desk
6. Providing training to the new staffs appointed to work in the front desk
7. Ensuring that billing is done accurately and rectifying any error occurring in the bills of purchases
8. Managing all the aspects of record keeping
9. Handling the cash accounting for the front desk
10. Ensuring that the vendors are paid accurately
11. Delegating tasks such as making appointments
