About the internship

We are looking for female candidates only. We are looking for a front desk representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the 'face' of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greet and welcome guests
2. Make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises
3. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
4. Answer questions and address complaints
5. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
6. Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
7. Keep updated records and files
8. Take up other duties as assigned
9. Deal with complaints and give accurate information (a customer-oriented approach is essential)

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 200000 /year
