1. Should be able to think out of the box and contribute towards project success
2. Experience in any one of the below backend technologies is a must: Java/J2EE - with knowledge of Spring (or Spring Boot), Node.js - with Express or StrongLoop experience
3. For the frontend, a minimum of 6 months of experience in React or Angular is a must
4. Knowledge of design patterns for scalable architecture using WebServices, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, jQuery, OAuth, etc., and Maven is compulsory
5. Good understanding of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) along with ORM frameworks is also needed
6. Knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns is a must
7. Nice to have: knowledge of any cloud, CI/CD e.g., Jenkins, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
8. Should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and an excellent team player
9. Should be able to work under a competitive time frame and deliver
10. Should be a very fast learner and have the excellent problem-solving ability
11. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. M.Tech/MCA/BE/B.Tech in CS, IT, EC
13. 6 months of development experience in developing a responsive user interface for a single page application
14. Expertise in building products from scratch, actively involved in design, development, and unit testing
