Fundraising Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Go on fields at consistently to bring in more donors
2. Bring in subscription-based donors for keeping the non-profit works running
3. Research prospective donors
4. Create a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors
5. Conduct fundraising strategies for an organization
6. Identify and contact potential donors
7. Organize a campaign or event that will lead to soliciting donations
8. Maintain records of donor information for future use
9. Recruit, organize and inspire volunteers
10. Research fundraising opportunities and write grant applications to charitable trusts or statutory bodies
11. Build relationships with major donors or companies and make presentations
12. Manage information, and record the profile and fundraising activity of donors on a database
13. Manage their own budget and ensure that targets are met
14. Account handling by ensuring major donors or companies are happy with their donation scheme (such as a charity of the year partnership) and are kept informed of progress and milestones
15. Devise and organize fundraising campaigns, events, and door-to-door collections
16. Spot fundraising opportunities and raise awareness of the organization's work
