About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing the software to create video games
2. Writing code for custom software to support the unique requirements of games
3. Liaising with game designers and developers in setting up technical resources
4. Researching and developing the suite of software and platforms that will be used to support the game
5. Ensuring the game design is fully realized and performs to maximum capacity
6. Creating procedures and production documents
7. Working to tight schedules and keep to budget
8. Producing prototypes in the early stages of production
9. Conducting quality assurance tests and respond to feedback
10. Collaborating with all departments to smooth over technical issues, problem solve and create solutions during the production pipeline process
11. Responding to the technical needs of all departments
12. Working in teams towards common goals
13. Providing ongoing tech support after the game has been launched, work on upgrades to the game
