Founded in 2015, Tinkerly is an IIT Delhi and XLRI alumni-backed company that aims to cultivate STEM as a hobby among students aged 6-16 years and develop their skills for future workplaces. 1. Do outbound prospecting of partners
2. Find leads on the social platform(LinkedIn) or databases(Apollo, ZoomInfo, CSR reports, govt tenders history) and reach out to them (manual+automated) via different channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
3. Iterate to maximize qualified meetings set up and experiment with different databases, messaging, personalization levels, and sequence lengths
4. Experiment with the recipient being targeted - industry, persona, intent signals
5. Loop in feedback from prospect responses to emails and cold calls to further refine messaging
6. Run custom campaigns e.g., writing to clients/existing partners for intros to their other possible partners, writing to conference attendees, scraping forums and job descriptions for relevant leads
7. Qualification & conversion: Set up the process to do initial discovery and qualify clients; subsequently, move them down the funnel, and follow up at regular intervals, eventually culminating in a deal
8. Product Marketing: Sales documentation, explainer videos, website copy, case studies, and organic marketing: Blog posts, social media, newsletters, SEO
Requirements:
1. 3-18 months of experience working in a startup in marketing/HR/sales/admin roles
2. Active on social platforms, especially LinkedIn
3. Previous entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus
