Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the Executive Assistant to the CEO provides executive, administrative, and development support. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external matters pertaining to the Startups run by the founder.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing various startup activities.
2. Managing a remote team of various startups following up on the activities
3. Preparing top-notch presentations, drive and manage some startup initiatives as advised by the CEO
4. Conducting research on startup ideas, documenting clear deliverables, identifying and evaluating current needs and assembling materials needed for the proposals
5. Drafting reports, emails, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with stakeholders and teams
6. Administratively supporting HR activities (recruiting support, identify right talent and team and other
administrative tasks)
