General Management Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building, leading and inspiring a team of individuals that will lead this critical new initiative
2. Creating a long term vision to accelerate the growth of new business lines, starting with lending, and by building effective relationships with partners across a variety of new verticals
3. Driving go-to-market strategies for lending and other new initiatives
4. Owning P&L for lending product and other new business lines (ensuring ongoing growth and customer retention)
5. Defining the product strategy for lending and future verticals and working with internal project stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations, customer support, and executive management to translate business needs into a product strategy
6. Developing success metrics and a comprehensive execution plan
7. Working with engineering and data science to analyze data
8. Conducting experiments to optimize the product in pursuit of improved customer experience and business metrics
9. Monitoring and understanding the key metrics governing the customer experience
