We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated general management intern to join our team at CattleGuru Private Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to gain invaluable experience in a diverse and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Excel, MS-Office, Hindi proficiency (spoken), Canva, and MS PowerPoint skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the company
2. Help in developing strategies for streamlining processes and procedures
3. Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and other documents
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members
5. Communicate with relevant personnel to ensure efficient operations
6. Assist in problem-solving and decision-making
7. Develop a working knowledge of all the company systems
8. Assist in researching, assessing, and analyzing industry trends
9. Create presentations for internal and external audiences
10. Participate in meetings and collaborate with other departments

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per work performance).
