GET Program (Manufacturing-Lead Smelting) Internship

In this GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) internship, people will have an opportunity to learn their specific area, get trained in a specific area, get certified, and eventually, successful candidates might be offered full-time employment after completion of internship of 6 months.

The salary amount will be at the par industry. The training program will be very structured and a mentor will be provided to each person and progress will be monitored on a regular basis. The HR and technical person will work hand-in-hand to make people learn and be successful. This industry has a great future and people working and getting trained do very well in their careers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the chemical reaction which happens in the rotary
2. Understanding the basics, and advance level running of the rotary furnace
3. Learning about the chemicals which are required at their percentage & which stage they have to be introduced into furnace, what to expect and how to manage manpower
4. Learning about how to do documentation regarding log sheets, and reporting the same to the management

By the end of the GET internship, the candidate will be fully ready with the working of the rotary furnace and would be in a position to take on the role of a supervisor in a lead recycling plant. A successful candidate will be offered job roles in our company.
