We're seeking a graduate management trainee (GMT) to join our team at WTi Cabs! This rigorous on-the-job training program provides a holistic view of our company, processes, and operations. You'll gain experience in various departments, and upon successful completion, receive a pre-placement offer within WTi Cabs, starting August 2025.
1. Participate in on-the-job training programs in operations, sales & support function (depending on your background).
2. Learn all aspects of the business, including company policies, procedures, and processes.
3. Support assigned departments with their day-to-day activities and initiatives.
4. Assist in developing and implementing operational processes (applicable to all trainees).
5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.
2. Less than 24 years old as of June 1st, 2025.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. High self-motivation and drive to succeed.
6. Willingness to be trained outside your base location.
Travel: AC 3-tier to and fro tickets and accommodation will be provided for a 2-day orientation at the company headquarters in New Delhi. You'll relocate to your designated training location after orientation (location will be communicated in advance).
Program Structure: On successful completion of one-year training, candidates will be placed as senior executives with a compensation of up to 4.8 LPA (performance-based fixed).
