Sattwa Herbals is a modern ayurvedic wellness brand backed by over 30 years of in-house herbal manufacturing. We're on a mission to create clean, conscious personal care and nutraceutical products rooted in tradition and crafted for the modern world. As a young and growing D2C brand, we're looking for creative minds to shape how we look, feel, and connect with our audience.
As our graphic design intern, you'll work closely with the founders and marketing team to create impactful, on-brand visuals for both online and offline use. Your creativity will help us tell our story and engage our audience across multiple touchpoints.
1. Design creatives for social media posts, ads, reels covers, and stories
2. Support in developing packaging designs, labels, and product mockups
3. Assist with website graphics, banners, and product images
4. Work on pitch decks, presentations, and brand collaterals
5. Help maintain brand consistency across all visuals
6. Stay updated with design trends in beauty, wellness, and Ayurveda space
7. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to execute campaigns
8. Organize and manage design assets, templates, and files
What we're looking for:
1. A design student or recent graduate (or self-taught with a great portfolio!)
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (basic video editing is a plus)
3. Strong visual sense, love for aesthetics, and attention to detail
4. Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
5. Interest in Ayurveda, clean beauty, or wellness is a bonus
6. Ability to take feedback positively and meet deadlines
7. A self-starter mindset and willingness to grow with a startup

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing design work, especially in product design or digital creatives.
4. An eye for detail and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with good communication and time management skills.
6. Knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce design is a bonus, though not required.
