Graphic Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design social media advertisement creatives according to the specifications provided by the manager
2. Create visual designs based on verbal/written descriptions
3. Quickly create rough pen-and-paper/whiteboard drafts based on the requirements shared
4. Develop and design creative illustrations to accurately portray the requirements
5. Create on-brand designs based on sample creatives
6. Use appropriate on-brand colors, design presets, and maintain a consistent design style
7. Modify and improve the designs which they have created/previously existing creatives based on performance data from marketing campaigns
8. A lot of trial and error will ensue, so different creative ideas are required (most of the times it's the same idea modified and recycled over and over)
