2. Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Cloud), CorelDRAW, etc.
3. Conceive, develop and produce effective graphic & audio-visual creatives
4. Work responsibly for visual design on various online mediums such as websites, portals, blogs, articles, microsites, and social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Essential role-related skills:
1. Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Corel Draw, etc.
2. Effective multi-tasking & time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
3. Good understanding of colour theory, perspective, cultural sensitivity, etc.
4. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
5. Self-motivated and persevering with a strong sense of conviction in your ideas with the skills and confidence to present them
6. Ability to take feedback well and adapt ideas to organization s needs
7. Capacity to multitask and meet tight deadlines
8. Ability to see the mistakes and correct them promptly
