1. Take a client brief and process design directions thereon
2. Design concepts as well delegate sub-tasks within the team, quality check and collate back for final delivery
3. Mange the team and client delivery
4. Follow up with a client for updating/corrections and final submissions
5. Prepare new and unique design and rough sketches of presentation for different types of layouts & illustrations, web design layout, social media posts, packaging designs & typography according to brand guidelines
6. Produce visual solutions to the communication needs using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness to create professional designs and layouts for promotional materials including direct mailings, hand-outs, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts
7. Determine style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies
8. Collate and replenish sales and marketing materials and respond to marketing inquiries on a timely basis.
9. Coordinate production activities with printers, service agencies, advertisers, and vendors and review the quality of the final product before release
10. Assist with the design and coordination of trade shows and internal events
11. Help to gather market data and competitive information/researches online
