The company's mission is to create makeup that doubles up as skincare so that women can wear products that are not only dermatologically tested, but also good for their skin. Belora is the first made safe certified makeup brand across Europe and Asia. The team also has a BS (bad stuff) list of over 2000 harmful ingredients that they commit to never use. The company was founded in Feb 2019 by Ainara and Akaljyot. Invested by some of the lead VCs as Surge Sequoia, DSG Ventures & key angel investors.
