Graphic Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Email Newsletter Design & Coding
- Design and code responsive HTML newsletters using tools like Stripo and Mailchimp.
- Ensure visual consistency, mobile responsiveness, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement personalized elements (e.g., merge tags, dynamic content).
- Optimize email layout and file sizes for deliverability and speed.

2. Template Editing & Graphic Personalization (Adobe Photoshop)
- Edit PSD files to create personalized designs or generate variable content (e.g., names, dates, images).
- Prepare high-resolution outputs for digital and print use.
- Work with layers, smart objects, and export settings for professional output.
Flyer, Brochure & Print Design
- Design visually compelling flyers, brochures, and one-pagers for advertising campaigns and events.

3. Social Media Advertisement Design
- Design engaging Instagram and Facebook ad creatives tailored for performance marketing.
- Deliver static and animated formats (where needed), optimized for various aspect ratios.
- Test and iterate based on ad performance insights.

4. Visual Branding & Asset Management
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
- Organize and manage creative assets for reuse and quick adaptation.

5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to translate ideas into visuals.
- Be proactive in offering creative input during campaign planning stages.
- Manage timelines and revisions efficiently.
