Key responsibilities:
1. Create engaging and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
2. Assist in the development of UI and UX designs for our website and digital platforms.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns.
4. Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other design software to bring ideas to life.
5. Participate in design meetings and provide input on design concepts and strategies.
6. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
7. Take initiative in learning new design techniques and staying updated on industry trends.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 8,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 2,500 /month
