1. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of creativity and know where to draw the line, with the ability to design and execute unique campaigns visually that will complement the copy, and coexist with and enhance the marketing strategy
2. A thorough understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, interaction design and usability, white space, color theory, and of course, attention to detail
3. Fluent usage of design tools such as Adobe CS, Sketch, amongst others basic requirements
4. Qualifications: BMM, BA, BMS, BCom. Final year undergraduate students can apply. Year 1 and 2 undergraduate students can also apply for internships
5. Relevant work experience of 6-12 months in the digital and graphic design space
