Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on designing web layouts, flyers, banners, and templates in Photoshop
2. Converting web designs into HTML and CSS
3. Working on jQuery for effects and creative designs

5. Should have a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues

6. Should have strong visual design skills

7. Should have up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies

8. Should be creative and open to new ideas
