About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to determine skill profile requirements
2. Identify qualified candidate profile using various sourcing channels .perform screenings according to job description requirement
3. Review and recommend qualified candidates for open positions
4. Maintain candidate databases via application tracking systems
5. Draft messages to communicate with potential applicants regardings job opportunities
6. Ensure candidates are moving through the hiring process in a timely manner
7. Maintain records on recruiting activities as required
8. Carry out any additional tasks to support the recruiting team
