1. Up to date knowledge of graphic design software and tools, including - CorelDraw, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
2. Creative thinking & understanding the colors & fonts
3. Understanding the brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable yet simplified graphics
4. Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
5. Proficient in all design aspects
6. Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
