1. Primarily, the intern must have very good design skills and artistic capabilities
2. Interns with drawing/sketching capabilities and having a portfolio of original content will be given preference
3. Exceptional skills in current versions of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
4. Background or knowledge in Usability testing and design thinking
5. Good project and workflow management skills in order to meet tight deadlines
