About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the available user research, new materials, play patterns, and product experiences to define the design challenge
2. Creating different design concepts to address the design challenge
3. Working on E2E process from ideation to prototyping and testing- iteration, comprehensive design specs
4. Crafting a compelling user experience right from product to packaging design and overall storytelling
5. Designing of all marketing collaterals related to play experiences, that enhance brand equity

1. are available for the part time job/internship

Added requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in toy design, industrial design, or comparable field of study

2. Working knowledge of mass production materials, processes, and techniques

3. Besides sketching and visual communication, proficiency in illustration, photographic, rendering, video and animation software preferable (Illustrator and Photoshop)

4. Relevant experience in product development related to the baby, toddler & preschooler space, esp. soft goods, fashion/ textile

5. Some experience with or knowledge of designing for a global market
