1. Develop social media designs, online creative ads, web designs, video & motion graphics as the project demands
2. Study design briefs & determine requirements
3. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
4. Develop illustrations, logos, & other designs using software
5. Use the appropriate colors & layouts for each graphic
6. Work with other teams to produce final designs
7. Ensure final graphics & layouts are visually appealing & on-brand
8. Establish & promote design guidelines, best practices & standards
9. Shoot and edit videos for our social media handles
We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging & on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You will be responsible for defining requirements, visualizing & creating graphics including illustrations, logos, designs, layouts & photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of social media designs, online brand persona, websites, print, & more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them & communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair & a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well & work methodically as part of a team, we d like to meet you.
