1. Proven graphic designing experience
2. Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
3. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
4. Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies- In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
5. Good communication skills, self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
6. High level of integrity and work ethics, team player, willing to learn & improve
7. Candidates must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
8. Must have experience in graphic design
9. Axis vantage is looking for young candidates, preferably still in college, or less than 2 years of work experience
10. We are looking for designers who consider their work exemplary and can come up with great original designs in short amounts of time
