As a Figma designer intern, your primary responsibility is to assist in creating effective and visually appealing design solutions that meet the needs of the users and the company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand design requirements and create design solutions
2. Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
3. Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
4. Working on incorporating feedback from stakeholders and iterating on designs
5. Working towards ensuring consistency and quality in design assets by adhering to design systems and style guides
6. Working on keeping up-to-date with design trends and best practices
7. Participating in design reviews and critiques with other designers
8. Working on communicating design decisions and presenting design solutions to stakeholders
9. Working towards contributing to the development of design processes and workflows
10. Working on actively seeking out opportunities for professional development and growth
