1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
2. Support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to reach high school and college students in the USA
3. Create short-form and long-form text and video content across social to build a community of high school and college students
4. Assist in researching and analyzing user feedback to improve product features and user experience
5. Assist in creating product documentation, tutorials, and help center articles
Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in marketing, business, engineering, communications, or a related field
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
4. Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
5. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and other data analysis tools is a plus
6. Passion for technology, startups, and communication
