Growth Hacking Internship

We are on the lookout for passionate individuals who want to grow with our home decor brand based out of Goa, India. If you love creative designing or are a numbers guy, you are welcome to apply for either of the two open positions. Based out of a small town in Goa, you will be able to experience the local Goan 'susegad' life while also being just 30mins from the beach or any major city to spend your weekends.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing, managing social media, and innovating on ads to push sales
2. Working on developing product concepts, creating designs, and taking them to market focus on sales and marketing
3. Assessing buyer behaviour and competition, finding niche categories to add in both positions

Requirements:

1. Must be pursuing or have completed a degree in graphic design, business, or any related field
2. Previous experience in social media management and designing is preferred
3. Should have excellent creative and conceptual skills

Note:

1. We are looking for individuals who are fast learners, risk-takers, and have an eye for detail
2. You must have excellent communication skills - to handle vendor or client relationships
