Growth Hacking Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow marketing KPIs and A/B testing those ideas
2. Analyzing the data and users' feedback
3. Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (sales, content, top management) in order to present results and make the services more user-centric
4. Brainstorming various growth hacking strategies and validate them quickly to identify the right one to focus on
5. Providing proper inputs on collaterals and website content
6. Driving traffic to the website, landing pages, social media, and apps
7. Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles/hacks and applying CRO hacks to any business
8. Working on a lean startup process
9. Working with the AARRR sales metrics diagram (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue)
10. Prioritizing growth channels
11. Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of the business
12. Scaling and automating the growth processes
